WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
NO REFUNDS – NO EXCHANGES: Ticket holder is granted event access only to location, date and time as stated on ticket. Children two and under are not required to have a ticket. If the event is for any reason cancelled for the date and time on the ticket, a gift card will be issued to the ticket holder in the amount of the sale.
I ONLY SEE ONE TICKET TIME, CAN I ARRIVE LATER?
Yes, you can arrive anytime after your ticket time!
WHAT ARE THE DATES OF MIRACLE AT BIG ROCK 2025?
November 28, 2025 – January 3, 2026
CAN WHEELCHAIRS OR ELECTRIC SCOOTERS BE USED ON THE TRAILS?
Miracle at Big Rock is located on a farm. This year we will have 3 track chairs that will be available on a first come first serve basis. Our roads are hard packed, but snow packed trails may be difficult to push wheelchairs through. Please check weather conditions or email becky@bigrockcreekwi.com for trail conditions if you have any questions. You can also experience the Christmas lights in the comfort of your own vehicle on our DRIVE THROUGH nights which are Mondays and Tuesdays!
DO YOU HAVE HANDICAPPED PARKING?
Yes, we do have handicapped parking available! If you have a handicapped sticker or license, you will be invited to park in our barn parking lot. If you do not have a sticker and need assistance getting up and or down our entrance hill, our friendly staff would be happy to give you a ride in one of our golfcarts or side by sides.
Please ask a staff if you need assistance with any accommodations.
DO COOKIES WITH SANTA AND PRIVATE RENTALS INCLUDE ENTRANCE INTO THE FESTIVAL?
You will have to purchase entrance tickets separately from these experiences. Book your tickets today!
HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE ALLOWED IN THE PRIVATE RENTALS?
- Our tents accommodate up to 10.
- The Gnome Dome and Grinch’s Lair can accommodate up to 20.
- The Clubhouse accommodates up to 40.
- Children two and under do not count in those numbers.
- Entry tickets must be purchased separately.
WHICH DAYS & TIMES ARE THE VENDORS OPEN?
Holiday market vendors are on site every day through December 28th, including drive through nights! Our vendors will change occasionally throughout the season! Become a vendor today!

WHERE IS MIRACLE AT BIG ROCK LOCATED?
Just across the St. Croix River next to Taylor’s Falls and ONLY 45 minutes Northeast of the Twin Cities Metro. 1674 WI-87 St. Croix Falls, WI 54024
WHAT DAYS ARE FIREWORKS?
Fireworks are every Friday at 8:30pm. We also have Fireworks on New Years Eve.
WHAT IS YOUR GROUP RATE?
Our group rates are available for groups over 25 that are coming together. They are available for Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday evenings. Book your group today!
ARE WAGONS AND STROLLERS ALLOWED?
Our gravel trails are groomed to handle wagons and strollers. With a fresh dusting of snow we recommend a small sled to pull.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND BEVERAGES AVAILABLE ON SITE?
Yes, a variety of food, soft drinks and liquor beverages will be available for purchase along with shops from vendors selling winter items and gifts. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
DO I HAVE TO USE MY TICKET ON THE SAME DAY I BOOKED FOR?
Yes! Book for the day that you are attending.
CAN YOU DRIVE THROUGH THE LIGHT TOUR?
There are designated drive through nights. Every Monday and Tuesday night are DRIVE THROUGH ONLY. Except Dec 23rd and 31st which are also walk through nights

WHAT CAN WE BRING TO MIRACLE AT BIG ROCK?
Make sure to dress warm and appropriate for the weather conditions. No pets allowed (except on designated Dog Nights). No outside food and beverages permitted for carry in. Food and beverages are available for purchase at concessions, inside, and throughout the light show. Don’t forget your camera and a smile!
ARE DOGS ALLOWED AT MIRACLE AT BIG ROCK?
Due to the amount of people, no pets are allowed at Big Rock Creek except for Free Dog Night.
IS THERE A VEHICLE CLEARANCE FOR DRIVE THROUGH LIGHT TOURS?
Small buses & limousine are welcome for drive through light tours. Vehicles must not exceed 25ft in length and have a max height of 12ft.
