SMS Messaging Terms & Compliance
- Program Description:
This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, customer support messages, and service-related updates to customers who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS communications from Miracle at Big Rock through our website at https://miracleatbigrock.com or through our online scheduling forms. SMS consent is collected using a dedicated, unchecked consent checkbox on our web forms. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Customers may reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.
- Cancellation Instructions:
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the same number that sent you messages. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

- Supported Carriers: Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.
- Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By checking the SMS consent checkbox on our website forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Miracle at Big Rock.
